Q: Can you help me find my shade if I provide a picture?

A: Yes, if you send a picture via WhatsApp (+233 54 868 9502), our sales team can assist in shade matching to the best of our ability. Please note, shade matching is most accurate if you come to the store to test your shade directly on skin. We are not liable for any discrepancies in color or undertone if the shade match is done over the phone. Please review our return policy prior to purchasing. 

Q: I had an allergic reaction to a product, can I return it?

A: No, we are not liable for individual allergic reactions to products. Please research product ingredients on the manufacturer's site and be aware of any allergies you may have. This includes skin sensitivities. Please make sure the product you purchase is suitable for your individual skin type.

Q: I live outside of Ghana, how do I pay for delivery?

A: Select the "Outside of Ghana"  delivery option at checkout (no charge will be provided), then WhatsApp us at +233 54 868 9502 to get DHL rates, estimated delivery times, and to pay shipping fee separately. 

Q: How do I pay with Mobile Money?

A: If you would like to pay with Mobile Money/Vodacash, choose the "Paystack" option and enter your mobile money phone number when prompted. The Paystack option is also used to process credit/debit card payments. Due to COVID-19, we encourage electronic/cashless payments to reduce the spread of contaminated money. You can also order and pay online via our website and pick up the same day in store.

Q: The product I want is not in stock. How will I know when it is restocked?
